Merchant Catalog Overview

Centralized destination for merchants to onboard, manage, and optimize their product performance. I owned the end-to-end design vision for this platform, partnering closely with cross-functional teams, adjacent product areas, and senior stakeholders to drive alignment and secure executive buy-in — enabling merchants to meaningfully grow their organic presence on Pinterest.

Promotion Feed

To make shopping on Pinterest more engaging, the merchant team built a scalable infrastructure for promotional content through the Promotion Feed, I led the end-to-end design of a holistic merchant ecosystem. My work spanned Catalog Management and Ads Manager, ensuring that as merchants efficiently scaled their offers, Pinners enjoyed a frictionless path from discovery to purchase.

Merchant Review Refresh

I led a cross-functional workstream—partnering with Research, Marketing, Compliance, and Ops—to provide merchants with a transparent, guided path through the review process. By developing a unified communication strategy that keeps merchants informed at every step, we successfully safeguarded platform integrity and ensured that only the highest quality merchants are featured on Pinterest.

Supplemental Feed

The Supplemental Feed enables merchants to enhance their product catalogs and unlock advanced selling strategies tailored to their dynamic business needs, all with minimal effort required. This initiative not only helps close the feature parity gap but also provides us a strong product and design foundation to scale Pinterest’s catalog capabilities to support large and enterprise merchants.

New Business Onboarding

I collaborated with Sales, Research, and Machine Learning to redesign the business onboarding experience, creating tailored pathways based on specific business goals. by meticulously crafting each onboarding question, we now capture high-intent signals from top-tier advertisers, allowing us to attract high-quality partners and foster long-term managed relationships.

Campaign Creation Improvements

We are continuously improving the Catalog Sales campaign process by introducing advanced tools that empower advertisers to execute complex marketing strategies. Through cross-functional collaboration, I am focused on delivering a consistent, scalable experience that addresses evolving advertiser needs while driving Pinterest’s long-term business objectives.
